5Let all men know and perceive and recognize your unselfishness (your considerateness, your forbearing spirit). The Lord is near [He is [a]coming soon].
6Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition ([b]definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
7And God's peace [shall be yours, that [c]tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall [d]garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
6And some [seed] fell on the rock, and as soon as it sprouted, it withered away because it had no moisture.
7And other [seed] fell in the midst of the thorns, and the thorns grew up with it and choked it [off].
8And some seed fell into good soil, and grew up and yielded a crop a hundred times [as great]. As He said these things, He called out, He who has ears to hear, let him be listening and let him [a]consider and understand by hearing!
9And when His disciples asked Him the meaning of this parable,
12Those along the traveled road are the people who have heard; then the devil comes and carries away the message out of their hearts, that they may not believe ([a]acknowledge Me as their Savior and devote themselves to Me) and be saved [here and hereafter].
13And those upon the rock [are the people] who, when they hear [the Word], receive and welcome it with joy; but these have no root. They believe for a while, and in time of trial and temptation fall away (withdraw and stand aloof).
14And as for what fell among the thorns, these are [the people] who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked and suffocated with the anxieties and cares and riches and pleasures of life, and their fruit does not ripen (come to maturity and perfection).
15But as for that [seed] in the good soil, these are [the people] who, hearing the Word, hold it fast in a just ([b]noble, virtuous) and worthy heart, and steadily bring forth fruit with patience.DON’T WORRY, JUST WAIT AND SEE!
25Therefore I tell you, stop being [a]perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing?
26Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?
27And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the [b]span of his life?(A)
28And why should you be anxiou
- We worry too much!
- To worry is to insult God. Worry pulls tomorrow’s cloud over today’s sunshine.
- Worry is faith in reverse!
- It is expecting the bad.
- Worry stands for: “Wrong options running riot through you.”
- No good thing can come from worrying.
- Worrying makes a situation seem bigger than what it really is.
- To worry is something you learn, because you are not born with it.
- Worry is the cause of most illnesses.
- Worry is like rust. When rust occurs on metal for the first time, it is a soft powder which seems totally harmless. But if you leave the rust long enough it will go right through the toughest metals.

- Be glad in the Lord, is an order.
- When you have lost your joy, you can’t pray, or believe the Word and you are ungrateful for everything and you complain about everything.
- The joy of the Lord is your strength.

- Worry is like weeds.
- It’s an intruder. It does not restrict itself to one place of your life.
- Worry has a pen root system.
- We call that pen... fear!
- Nobody buys weeds and plants them between fruit and vegetables seeds.Worry comes through human interference in the divine plan.
